Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern all appointments, gift cards, memberships, packages, and services booked with The Spa at Montchanin Village ("the Spa"). By making a reservation, purchasing a service, or becoming a member, you agree to these terms.

Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the Spa.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment so as not to delay subsequent guests. Full charges may still apply.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value.

Guests who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment ("no-show") will be charged the full value of the booked services.

Groups of four or more guests, packages, or special events may require additional notice or deposits.

Deposits

The Spa may require a valid credit card or deposit to secure certain appointments, packages, or group reservations.

Health Information

Guests are responsible for informing their therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or other health concerns that may affect treatment.

The Spa reserves the right to modify or decline services if they are determined to be inappropriate or unsafe.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable for services and retail products at The Spa at Montchanin Village.

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

Pricing

Prices, services, treatment durations, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Spa is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Conduct

To preserve a relaxing environment, disruptive behavior, harassment, intoxication, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. The Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion.

Right to Refuse Service

The Spa reserves the right to refuse service when necessary to protect the health, safety, comfort, or wellbeing of guests and staff.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Spa at Montchanin Village and Montchanin Hotel LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Spa services or facilities.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
